David Villa is Spain's all-time leading scorer — 59 goals in 98 international appearances — and the striker whose goals powered the most successful period in the national team's history. At Euro 2008, he scored four goals and was named player of the tournament. At the 2010 World Cup, he scored five goals in the group and knockout stages, finishing joint top scorer, before Spain went on to lift the trophy in Johannesburg.
At club level, Villa served Valencia with distinction — scoring 129 goals in 225 appearances and making himself one of the most feared forwards in La Liga — before joining Barcelona, where he won the Champions League in 2011 and La Liga twice. A serious knee injury sustained in the Club World Cup in December 2011 interrupted his career at precisely the moment he was at his peak, but he returned to play a significant role for Spain at Euro 2012 as they completed the historic treble.
Later spells at Atletico Madrid, New York City FC and other clubs extended a career of genuine distinction. Villa was a striker of real technical quality — his finishing with both feet, his movement and his capacity to perform in the biggest matches for his country made him one of the finest Spanish forwards the game has produced.

For clothing from this David Villa collection, you may be the only owner of it in the world. We are happy to exchange if there is a sizing issue, but please always check the size guide, our products are regular fit. If you want a different fit, slim fitting or oversized, we can sort this for you. We will just want to confirm all the sizing with you first. Do you do women's and kids sizes in this David Villa collection?
Yes we can do this for you. We want our tops to be suitable for everyone. Whilst we treat our tops as unisex, we don't ever want to buy a unisex sized top, the length and the fit are always wrong and never look great on the person. Instead we recommend women buy the size relevant in the size guide for that cool borowed from him look. Alternatively we can source any women's size and style and custom make this for you. Also for kids we can do this top for kids as well, its just taking a long time to add every product under the kids category, but we will get this done as soon as possible. We are sustainably focused and source products that are already produced and reduce our carbon footprint by only carrying stock that will be ordered. Yes, we typically offer the very popular lighter drawstring hoodie as its versatile for layering all year round. However if you want a thicker hoodie as seen in some of the model photos. Or one without pockets, or even a zip, we can look to personalise it to your request.
For t-shirts all our sizes are regular fit to ensure that they fit nicely each time. However, we love the oversized look as you probably do too, so we can do our designs on high quality oversized tshirts in a variety of on trend colours.
Can I have my own name?
Absolutely, we can tailor the design to how you choose. Just get in touch and we can personalise. We are called Players Couture for a reason, clothing designed specifically for you.
Can I change the font, font size or the colour of the text?
Absolutely, we have standardised white and black as our go to options, but in theory can have any colour text you want. We can match to your team colours. We use a standard sizing for our design, but we can increase or decrease the size of text, the position. Whatever you want, you got it. This will be your new favourite top, so lets make it perfect.
