Yes. You can enter a separate delivery address at checkout and add a gift message. The invoice is not included in the parcel.

Our hoodies are made from an 80% ringspun cotton / 20% polyester blend, typically at 280gsm. They have a soft brushed inner fleece — the kind of hoodie you reach for first when it gets cold.

Because every piece is made to order, production takes 3–5 business days, after which standard UK delivery adds 2–3 working days. International delivery timescales vary by destination — full details are available at checkout.

Yes — we ship worldwide. Whether you're in the UK, USA, Australia, Europe or beyond, your order will reach you. International orders may be subject to local customs charges, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel's progress.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, check your tracking link first. If there's no movement or the tracking looks stuck, email us at help@playerscouture.com with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering. Returns are accepted if there is a manufacturing fault or print error.

If there's a fault with your order — wrong print, manufacturing defect or damage in transit — contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@playerscouture.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll replace or refund promptly.

Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. After that point, we are unable to cancel as the garment will already be in production. Email us immediately if you need to cancel.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Turn the hoodie inside out and machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. This protects the print and keeps colours vibrant. Avoid tumble drying — hang or lay flat to dry instead.

No. Our prints are designed to be durable and long-lasting. With the correct care — washing inside out at 30°C, no tumble drying — the print should retain its sharpness for years of regular wear.

Do not iron directly on the print. If you need to iron the garment, turn it inside out and iron on a low setting away from the printed area. Steam irons should not be used on the print side.

Yes. Every item is made to order — nothing is produced until you place the order. This means zero dead stock, no bulk overproduction and no end-of-season waste. Made to order is arguably one of the most sustainable production models in fashion.
