Welcome to the Players Couture Help Zone — where questions get answered, orders get sorted, and hoodies become legendary. Whether you’re a football fanatic, music lover, movie buff, gamer, or just want your own name on your chest, you’re in the right place.
About Players Couture
We create premium, comfy hoodies and custom basics you can personalise with any name you want. From England Women’s Football Team players to supermodels, from your favourite beach to your favourite band — if you can think it, we can print it.
Ordering & Personalisation
How do I personalise my hoodie?
Pick your style, choose your colour, type the name in the “Personalise” box, add to cart, and checkout. Done.
Can I order something not shown on the website?
Absolutely. We can create hoodies for any name — players, actors, musicians, gaming characters, travel spots, pets, nicknames, or inside jokes. Just let us know.
Do you offer team/event orders?
Yes — from sports squads to festival crews, we’ve got you covered. Contact us for bulk pricing and custom design options.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes — we can provide a digital mock-up upon request before production starts.
What font/print style do you use?
Our default style is bold and sporty for maximum impact, but we offer alternative font styles on request.
Sizing & Fit
Are your hoodies unisex?
Sort of — our relaxed fit looks great on everyone. We don't do Unisex sizing, as they never look good on anyone, always too small for men. Instead we recommend women buy an appropriate man's size, giving an oversized, stolen from your man (or friend) type vibe.
What sizes do you offer?
Most styles are available from S to 3XL. We can offer sizes from XXS to 8XL, as well as Kids, Youth and Women's, we just don't have all the sizes in stock. Check our size guide for exact measurements. For an oversized look, size up.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you like a snug fit, go down. If you prefer a looser, streetwear-style fit, go up.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
We make each hoodie to order. Production takes 3–5 business days plus delivery time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Whether you’re in Manchester, Miami, or Melbourne — we’ll get it to you.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes — as soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping times may vary due to customs or courier delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a personalised hoodie?
Because they’re custom-made, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a manufacturing fault or printing error.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your hoodie.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing it. After production starts, cancellations aren’t possible.
Care Instructions
How do I wash my hoodie?
Machine wash inside-out at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying for best results.
Will the print fade or crack?
No — our prints are made to last. With proper care, your hoodie will stay bold for years.
Payments & Gift Options
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available in various amounts.
Can you send my order as a gift?
Yes — just tick “This is a gift” at checkout. We can also add a personalised gift note.
