What is the return policy for Roma products from Players Couture?
All our orders are treated as custom orders, due to us not holding any stock and being personalised to your choice. For clothing from this Roma collection, you may be the only owner of it in the world. We are happy to exchange if there is a sizing issue, but please always check the size guide, our products are regular fit. If you want a different fit, slim fitting or oversized, we can sort this for you. We will just want to confirm all the sizing with you first. We can exchange for a different size if needed, but please be aware this is treated as a custom order, all hand embellished in the UK. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Do you do women's and kids sizes in this Roma collection?
Yes we can do this for you. We want our tops to be suitable for everyone. Whilst we treat our tops as unisex, we don't ever want to buy a unisex sized top, the length and the fit are always wrong and never look great on the person. Instead we recommend women buy the size relevant in the size guide for that cool borowed from him look. Alternatively we can source any women's size and style and custom make this for you. Also for kids we can do this top for kids as well, its just taking a long time to add every product under the kids category, but we will get this done as soon as possible. When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. All items are custom made, but typically arrive in 3 to 7 days
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and are fair value. We are sustainably focused and source products that are already produced and reduce our carbon footprint by only carrying stock that will be ordered. If you have specific requirements for your Romaclothes, then we can help ensure that the product meets your ethical and fashionable requirements.We are called Players Couture for that reason.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. We are currently offering FREE UK delivery on all orders from Romacollection, and very competitive international rates.
Can I have a different colour?
Yes, we can source dozens of different colours, we just haven't listed every option available. Get in touch and we can custom make whatever you want. Your favourite top from ourRoma collection would look great ina different colourway like dark grey, chocolate brown, khaki or white. You may even want to go for a bolder colour like pink or orange. It's your hoodie, you can have what you want. If we haven't yet done the actual club colours, let us know and we will do this for you.
Can I have a different style of hoodie or t-shirt?
Yes, we typically offer the very popular lighter drawstring hoodie as its versatile for layering all year round. However if you want a thicker hoodie as seen in some of the model photos. Or one without pockets, or even a zip, we can look to personalise it to your request.
For t-shirts all our sizes are regular fit to ensure that they fit nicely each time. However, we love the oversized look as you probably do too, so we can do our designs on high quality oversized tshirts in a variety of on trend colours.
Can I have my own name?
Absolutely, we can tailor the design to how you choose. Just get in touch and we can personalise. We are called Players Couture for a reason, clothing designed specifically for you.
Can I change the font, font size or the colour of the text?
Absolutely, we have standardised white and black as our go to options, but in theory can have any colour text you want. We can match to your team colours. We use a standard sizing for our design, but we can increase or decrease the size of text, the position. Whatever you want, you got it. This will be your new favourite top, so lets make it perfect.
Can I become a brand ambassador?
We like your thinking! Definetly, we are always looking to work with content creators and current and ex players. We can do custom items for you and your followers. We work with a number of content creators who have thier one on their top, so if they go viral, then its easy to find their social media channel.
