The Kaka hoodie from Players Couture puts the name of the last player to win the Ballon d’Or before Messi and Ronaldo began their decade of dominance across the chest in bold lettering, contrasting colour, made to order when you place yours. Kaka won the Ballon d’Or in 2007, the FIFA World Player of the Year award in the same year, and the European club football with AC Milan — producing a performance in the semi-final against Manchester United that is still discussed as one of the finest individual displays in the history of the competition.

Kaka joined AC Milan from São Paulo in 2003 for £6 million. By 2007 he was the best player in the world. His European club football semi-final performance against Manchester United at Old Trafford — a hat-trick in a 3-2 second-leg win that sent Milan to the final — included some of the most graceful attacking play seen at that stage of the competition. He won the European club football that year, then the FIFA World Player of the Year and the Ballon d’Or. He moved to Real Madrid in 2009 for £56 million, then a world record. For Brazil, he won the FIFA Confederations Cup in 2005 and was part of the 2002 World Cup winning squad.
