Early Years: Karting Prodigy

Born in Bristol, Norris started karting aged eight at Clay Pigeon Raceway and quickly became one of the best young drivers in the world. In 2014 he won the CIK-FIA KF World Championship, the youngest champion in that category. He stepped into cars and won the 2017 FIA Formula 3 European Championship with Carlin, taking nine wins, before finishing runner-up to George Russell in Formula 2 in 2018.

The Breakthrough: Miami 2024

McLaren handed Norris his F1 debut at the 2019 Australian Grand Prix, where he qualified eighth. He grabbed his first podium in 2020, but the team was still rebuilding, and his first win had to wait until the 2024 Miami Grand Prix. That victory opened the floodgates: he won four times that year and finished runner-up in the championship with 374 points. Rep the brand with our Lando Norris Logo Men's T-Shirt.

World Champion: Abu Dhabi 2025

The 2025 season turned into a three-way fight between Norris, his teammate Oscar Piastri and Max Verstappen. Norris won seven Grands Prix and stood on the podium 18 times, and at the Abu Dhabi finale on 7 December he finished third behind Verstappen and Piastri. It was enough: Norris 423, Verstappen 421, Piastri 410. A two-point margin made him world champion.

The Title Defence

Carrying the number 1 in 2026, Norris has found the going harder, with retirements in Canada, Monaco and Azerbaijan. He bounced back with pole and victory in Hungary on 26 July and again at Zandvoort in August, and also took pole and third place in Spain. With six rounds left after Singapore, Kimi Antonelli leads the championship.
