Caelan Doris, a modern leader in the Irish back row
Caelan Doris came through Ballina RFC and Blackrock College before establishing himself with Leinster. Comfortable at number eight or flanker, he combines hard carrying with intelligent support lines, breakdown work and the stamina to remain influential late in a Test. His rise continued through Ireland Under-20s and Leinster's senior side, where his calm decision-making made him a natural candidate for greater responsibility.
Doris became central to the Ireland team that won a Grand Slam in 2023 and retained the Six Nations title in 2024. He captained Ireland for the first time against Italy in that 2024 championship, later led the side to victory over South Africa in Durban and was appointed captain for the autumn internationals. Leinster also named him captain, recognising a player whose leadership is expressed through work rate as much as speeches. He led Leinster to the United Rugby Championship title in 2025.
A name that represents commitment
Caelan Doris works as a Players Couture design for Leinster, Ireland and Mayo rugby supporters. It recalls forceful carries, disciplined defence and a generation that expects to compete with the world's best. The clean lettering gives fans and family a useful alternative to a match jersey while leaving club crests, national marks and sponsor artwork untouched.
How to wear the Caelan Doris T-shirt
Wear it for a Test weekend, a club fixture, a tour reunion or a relaxed day watching rugby with friends. Pair it with jeans, shorts or training bottoms for supporter clothing that recognises the player without copying a match jersey. White gives the print a crisp finish, Black and Navy provide easy darker options, Grey has a softer athletic character and Red adds more impact.
Fit, fabric and made-to-order production
The T-shirt is made from soft ringspun cotton with a crew neck, short sleeves and a regular men's fit. It is available in White, Black, Red, Navy and Grey in sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Check the size guide before ordering, particularly when buying for somebody else or choosing a looser fit.
Each garment is printed to order in the United Kingdom after the customer selects the colour and size. No finished pre-printed stock is produced before an order is placed. This reduces the need to hold large quantities of finished stock and allows Players Couture to maintain specialist names alongside widely recognised favourites. Free UK delivery is included.
Wash inside out with similar colours on a cool cycle. Avoid bleach, do not iron directly over the print and air dry where practical. These steps help protect the cotton shape and printed lettering through repeat wear.
