Colin Harvey, the Evertonian who served the club in every role
Colin Harvey grew up supporting Everton, made his senior debut against Inter Milan at the San Siro and developed into the left-sided member of the midfield Holy Trinity with Alan Ball and Howard Kendall. Their balance helped Everton win the 1969 to 1970 league championship, with Harvey providing close control, intelligence and an ability to progress the ball.
His connection with the club continued long after playing. Harvey coached in the successful 1980s staff, succeeded Kendall as manager and later returned to youth development. That span across player, coach, manager and mentor explains why his statue outside Goodison belongs to more than one team or trophy.
A Goodison name built on lifelong service
Colin Harvey works as a Players Couture design for Everton supporters who value craft, continuity and the Holy Trinity era. The full name is understated in the same way as his reputation, offering fanwear without copying the tower crest, royal-blue shirt, statue or club typography.
How to wear the Colin Harvey T-shirt
Wear it on match day, for away travel, at a pub screening or through an ordinary weekend when a replica shirt is not the easiest option. Pair it with denim and trainers, add an overshirt in cooler weather, or wear it with shorts through summer. It gives football supporters a clear way to represent the player and the memories behind the name. White gives the print a crisp finish, Black and Navy provide easy darker options, Grey has a softer athletic character and Red adds more impact.
Fit, fabric and made-to-order production
The T-shirt is made from soft ringspun cotton with a crew neck, short sleeves and a regular men's fit. It is available in White, Black, Red, Navy and Grey in sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Check the size guide before ordering, particularly when buying for somebody else or choosing a looser fit.
Each garment is printed to order in the United Kingdom after the customer selects the colour and size. No finished pre-printed stock is produced before an order is placed. This reduces the need to hold large quantities of finished stock and allows Players Couture to maintain specialist names alongside widely recognised favourites. Free UK delivery is included.
Wash inside out with similar colours on a cool cycle. Avoid bleach, do not iron directly over the print and air dry where practical. These steps help protect the cotton shape and printed lettering through repeat wear.
