This G.Lidon (Carlos Valderrama) men's T-shirt is made for supporters who remember more than a scoreline. It places G.Lidon across the chest in Players Couture's collegiate name design—a clean piece of fanwear centred on Valderrama's vision, first touch and patient control of tempo.

The story behind the name

In Pro Evolution Soccer's classic-player database, licensing restrictions gave Carlos Valderrama the cult alias G.Lidon. For players who spent hours editing squads or selecting the World and European Classics, that fictional name became part of the game's mythology. Behind it was Carlos Valderrama: Valderrama captained Colombia at three World Cups and became the creative symbol of the country's celebrated 1990s side. Twice South American Footballer of the Year, he played in Colombia, France, Spain and Major League Soccer, always recognisable by both his passing and his iconic blond hair.

Why the two names? The chest print uses G.Lidon, the fictional classic-player name remembered from PES, while the footballer behind the avatar is Carlos Valderrama. It is a small piece of gaming history for supporters who knew the player before every classic squad was fully licensed.
