Woltemade is making waves at Newcastle United following a blockbuster move from VfB Stuttgart. Born in Bremen, he came through the youth ranks at Werder Bremen and made his senior debut in 2020.

During a loan spell at SV Elversberg, he was pivotal in their promotion campaign, netting ten goals in the 3. Liga and earning Player of the Season honours.

Returning to Germany, he joined Stuttgart, where he lit up the competition—scoring 17 goals across all competitions, including a goal in the DFB-Pokal final, helping Stuttgart secure the cup.
