Everything we sell is printed to order in Manchester. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you, so your order goes into production as soon as it's placed and is sent out as soon as it's ready.

Delivery options

Delivery times include the time it takes us to make your order. Customised orders (a different fit, style, colour or print position) follow the same timings.

Christmas

To get a UK order in time for Christmas, please order by 17 December. Orders placed after that will still be made and sent as quickly as we can, but we can't promise they'll arrive before the big day.

Tracking your order

We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way, with a tracking link where the service includes one. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update once it's been sent.

Orders outside the UK

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or local taxes when they arrive. These are set by the destination country and are paid by the person receiving the order. If you're not sure, your local customs office can tell you what to expect.

Something not right?

If your order arrives damaged, the wrong item turns up, or it hasn't arrived when you'd expect, email us at contact@playerscouture.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo if anything is damaged. We'll put it right.

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, get in touch straight away and we'll do our best to change it before your order is made.
