Roberto Firmino Liverpool Hoodie | Players Couture

Roberto Firmino joined Liverpool from Hoffenheim in 2015 and became the player around whom Jürgen Klopp's most successful team was constructed — not as the goalscorer but as the conductor. His no-look finishes were the visual highlight of a game that was more broadly defined by his movement, his pressing from the front and his ability to create the space that Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mané exploited. In a front three defined by individual brilliance, Firmino's collective contribution was the most essential.

Firmino's Liverpool career included a Champions League, a Premier League, an FA Cup and a League Cup — every major honour available at club level — and he won them all in a side that recognised his contribution at its true value even when the goals went to others. His relationship with the Anfield crowd was built on exactly the understanding that what he did was more than the statistics reflected, and the reception he received throughout his time at the club was the response of supporters who genuinely understood the game.
