The Jaap Stam hoodie from Players Couture carries the name of the most physically dominant centre-back in Manchester United’s most celebrated era across the chest in bold lettering, contrasting colour, made to order when you place yours. Jaap Stam won the Treble with United in 1999, was named in the UEFA Team of the Year three consecutive times, and set a world record fee for a defender when United paid £10.75 million for him in 1998. This is a variant handle of his fan apparel — same bold Jaap Stam lettering, same made-to-order quality, produced specifically for you.

Jaap Stam joined United from PSV Eindhoven in 1998 and won the Premier League, FA Cup and European club football in his debut season. He was named in the UEFA Team of the Year in 1998, 1999 and 2000. He left United in 2001 after the publication of his autobiography, joined Lazio, then AC Milan, then PSV. For the Netherlands, he earned 67 caps.
