Paolo Maldini AC Milan Kids T-Shirt | Players Couture

Paolo Maldini won five European Cups and seven Serie A titles with AC Milan, playing for only one professional club across a career that lasted from 1985 to 2009 - twenty-four years of service to the same institution. The left-back and later centre-back never played a match for anyone else, refusing every offer that came from clubs who would have paid more and offered the chance to win trophies outside the city he had grown up in and the club his father had also played for.

Maldini's technical quality - his reading of the game, his positioning and his ability to defend without fouling - made him the definitive defensive player of his generation. His appearance in the 2005 Champions League final, when he scored in the first minute against Liverpool before the remarkable Istanbul comeback, and the 2007 final, which Milan won, bookended two European Cup experiences that few players have matched. His number 3 shirt at the San Siro is retired in his honour.

How to measure

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.

Fit advice

Classic fit: choose the size that matches your chest measurement.
Relaxed or oversized look: go one size up.
Women: our tops are unisex in style, and many women choose their usual size for a relaxed, borrowed-from-him fit. We can also make women's cuts on request.
Compare with your own hoodie: lay a hoodie you love flat and measure from armpit to armpit. Our Large hoodie measures about 23.5 inches pit to pit.
