The boys are back. In September 2026 Netflix officially confirmed The Inbetweeners 3, with Simon Bird, Joe Thomas, James Buckley and Blake Harrison all returning and creators Damon Beesley and Iain Morris writing and directing. Filming is under way in the UK, and the teaser even featured that famous yellow Fiat.

Four Lads at Rudge Park
Damon Beesley and Iain Morris created a sitcom about the awkward, painfully relatable world of sixth form. Simon Bird played the posh, briefcase-carrying Will McKenzie, Joe Thomas was lovesick Simon Cooper, James Buckley was the boastful Jay Cartwright and Blake Harrison was the gloriously dim Neil Sutherland.
Greg Davies stole countless scenes as head of sixth form Mr Gilbert.

From E4 to the Big Screen
The Inbetweeners Movie (2011) sent the boys on a lads' holiday to Malia, Crete, and took around £13.2 million on its opening weekend, a UK record for a comedy. The Inbetweeners 2 (2014) followed them to Australia and scored the biggest UK opening weekend of 2014.
