Hristo Stoichkov Barcelona T-Shirt | Players Couture

Hristo Stoichkov won the Ballon d’Or in 1994 and was the most dangerous forward in European club football during his Barcelona years — a left-sided striker of exceptional technique and fierce competitive will who was the ideal forward for Johan Cruyff’s Dream Team. His partnership with Romário in 1993-94 is still regarded as one of the most productive attacking combinations in La Liga history.

Stoichkov’s Barcelona years produced four consecutive La Liga titles and a Champions League final appearance, and his nine goals across Bulgaria’s 1994 World Cup campaign added international significance to his club excellence. The Camp Nou crowd embraced a player whose passion for football was as visible and as loud as his talent.
