Collymore Hoodie — The Most Explosive Striker English Football Produced in the Nineties.

The Collymore hoodie from Players Couture carries the name of a forward who, at his best, was genuinely unplayable across the chest in bold lettering, contrasting colour, made to order when you place yours. Stan Collymore cost Liverpool £8.5 million from Nottingham Forest in 1995 — then a British transfer record — and in his debut season at Anfield formed a partnership with Robbie Fowler that produced 61 goals between them. His late winner in the 4-3 league victory over Newcastle United at Anfield in April 1996 — the game widely cited as the most entertaining Premier League match ever played — is one of the most replayed goals in the competition's history.

Collymore came through the lower leagues — Walsall, Stafford Rangers, Crystal Palace — and announced himself at Nottingham Forest, where he scored 25 league goals in his first full season under Frank Clark. His move to Liverpool brought him into a Premier League title race in 1995-96 and paired him with Fowler in one of the most potent attacking partnerships the league had seen. He also played for Aston Villa, Leicester City, Bradford City and Real Oviedo. He earned 3 England caps. His career was shorter and more turbulent than the talent warranted — which is part of why the name carries the weight it does for those who watched him.
